Shipping policy

Shipping Methods. You can select from two shipping methods from the U.S. Postal Service:

• First Class Package (typically 3 business days for most of the US)
• Priority Mail (typically 2 business days for most of the US)

An estimate of transit times based on your delivery address will be provided during the checkout process.

Shipping Locations

Glooko currently ships to continental US, major US territories, and APO/FPO. Orders will not be accepted, fulfilled, or shipped to any other locations.

Delivery Time

Order processing in the warehouse typically takes 1-3 business days.  Shipping within the US will depend on U.S. Postal Service’s shipping volume, the shipping method and delivery address.  

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of initial order placement. Please email support@glooko.com include order number in the subject line or email for assistance.
